Our customer's original 1930s garage was leaning 3 inches out of level. We raised the garage, removed and replaced rotted wood, leveled and re-supported it. In addition we scraped the siding, painted, and put a new garage door on. We saved money by fixing the old garage instead of building new, keeping its historical charm to match the home.
